Red Sox vs. Brewers, Probable starting pitchers April 21

  • Nick Pivetta takes the hill for the Boston Red Sox tonight, still in search of his first victory of the season. The issue with Pivetta has been his command, issuing eight walks across his first three starts. The inability to find the strike zone has inflated his pitch count, and he's been unable to pitch past the fifth inning. He aims to lower his 4.5 ERA but will have to do so against one of the best lineups in baseball across the first month of action.
  • Across the aisle will be former Brewers All-Star, Freddy Peralta. The 26-year-old-year-old has flown under the radar behind his more established counterparts in Corbin Burnes and Brandon Woodruff but has carved out a good role for himself in the middle of Milwaukee's rotation. Peralta heavily features his fastball, which sits around 95mph and works in a slider, changeup, and curveball.
