Throughout the course of Spring Training, and even the first few weeks of the regular season, we try and pinpoint who will be big contributors for the ballclub. In the case of the Boston Red Sox, the bonafide superstar is undoubtedly Rafael Devers. But any successful team ultimately requires several other players to step up and contribute in a major way over the course of the season.
(Way too early) superlatives I am predicting for the 2023 Boston Red Sox
In this piece, I list the (way too early) Red Sox season superlatives I'm predicting will come to fruition. I'll take a guess at the team MVP, wins and strikeouts leader, and who will hit for the most home runs and the highest batting average. Beyond the numbers, also included within is most likely to emerge as the clubhouse leader.
