Minor league baseball season might be over, but Boston Red Sox fans can still keep up with prospects in the fall.

The Arizona Fall League (AFL) released rosters for its upcoming campaign on Sept. 25, and the Mesa Solar Sox carry a bunch of Red Sox prospects. The developmental league features six teams that include prospects from multiple clubs. The Mesa Solar Sox combines players from the Red Sox, Angels, Athletics, Cubs and Rays systems.

Sox fans could get a look at Boston's No. 27 prospect Brooks Brannon, a 20-year-old catcher who spent most of his season with Single-A Salem. He slashed .251/.326/.396 with eight doubles, two triples and six homers over 54 games with the Salem Sox.

Outfielder Caden Rose and infielder Max Ferguson are Boston's position player contributions to the roster. Rose was drafted in 2023 and split his first professional season between Single-A Salem and High-A Greenville. He slashed .232/.329/.400 over 35 games. Ferguson is a 25-year-old infielder who spent most of his season with the Sea Dogs, although he only played 28 games. He batted .152/.255/.272 between Double-A and Triple-A.

Five up-and-coming Sox pitchers will be on the Solar Sox squad — Cooper Adams (5.08 ERA), Zach Fogell (3.03 ERA), Danny Kirwin (3.63 ERA), Conor Steinbaugh (3.74 ERA) and Tyler Uberstine (1.93 ERA). Uberstine underwent Tommy John surgery last year and didn't pitch until August this season. He only got 4.2 innings of work in the Sox's system this year, so the AFL will give him a chance to show his stuff after his recovery.

AFL season begins on Oct. 7 and will run through Nov. 14. Two days of playoffs will be played on Nov. 15-16 to determine the league champion.
