Now, let's dive into the odds for today's series finale.
Dodgers vs. Red Sox odds, run line, and total
Dodgers vs. Red Sox prediction and pick
We've seen plenty of runs through the first two games in this series and I don't see any reason to expect the two offenses to stop rolling. In fact, the Red Sox offense is third in all of Major League Baseball in OPS (.880) over the last 14 days.
This is also a way we can back the Red Sox in a sense without betting on them to win, because Tanner Houch doesn't instill a ton of confidence in me, if I'm being honest. His return to the rotation didn't go so well when he returned to action last week, giving up four hits and three earned runs in 5.0 innings pitched against the Astros.
I think it's best if we just sit back and trust the Red Sox offense to help the total go OVER in this interleague series finale.
