• Aybar has clearly established himself as the top prospect with the GCL Red Sox. Already a talented (but raw) outfield prospect, the 18-year old Aybar is hitting .303/.329/.403 and is flashing a bit of speed and power, hitting a triple last night. He has a high ceiling but he’s also far, far away from the majors and it could be the better part of a decade before we see him in Boston.
