Gulf Coast League Red Sox
Final Score: GCL Twins 8, Red Sox 2
Notable Position Players:
Yoan Aybar (0-4, K)
Devon Fisher (0-1, 2 BB, K)
Trent Kemp (0-3, BB, K)
Jagger Rusconi (0-2, K)
Yomar Valentin (1-4)
- Valentin has gotten off to a slow start since signing with the Red Sox after being selected in the 20th round, going just 2-15 thus far. However, he’s an actual prospect despite being taken so late and has good bloodlines as the son of former player Jose Valentin. He could be a guy to watch in a few years as he is still just 17 years old.
Kyri Washington (0-3, BB)
