• Last season’s ninth-round pick out of a Tennessee high school, Steen is an intriguing project arm. An exceptionally young high schooler, Steen won’t even turn 19 for a few more weeks. He’s been excellent in the GCL this year, not even allowing a run (and only six baserunners) in 12 innings, and he could be on his way to Lowell soon.
