Better Ideas for Jordan’s Promotions

For years now Jordan’s Furniture has had giveaway promotions with the Red Sox. In 2007 Jordan’s Furniture refunded an estimated 24,000 customers after the Red Sox won the World Series. The next year Jordan’s had another giveaway, this time only if the Red Sox swept. 2008 was not a success. In 2011 Jordan’s started the “Monster hit” promotion. A sign was hung over the center field wall and if a home run hit by a Sox player hits the ball on the poster, Jordan’s customers would get a refund, after no winners, the promotion happened again this season.

In the last year and a half, I haven’t seen a shot come close to the poster, let alone the ball, so I’ve come up with some promotions that might have a better chance of succeeding.

Want to add your ideas for giveaways? We could all use more furniture, right? I’d love to hear more suggestions.
