FLASH !!! Fielder to Texas, becomes “Prince of Doom” for Sox World Series’ chances for the next decade

facebooktwitterreddit

Since a “Fielder’s Choice” play could keep the Red Sox out of the World Series for the next decade, anxious Sox fans are wondering:

“When will the Prince make his choice?”

and

“Who will Fielder sign with?”

"Red Sox fans, you’d better be laying down for the two answers:A: Just after 5 p.m. ET, January 18th.Our sources in Corpus Christi say the Rangers have decided to let the clock run out and intentionally FAIL to sign Yu Darvish and put their signing rights’ refund of $51 million into a 10-year contract with Prince Fielder.A: Fielder will take the deal and ruin the Red Sox chances of playing in the World Series for that entire decade."

Fielder wants into the World Series and, as mentioned in a previous post:

"Fielder is likely to place one thing above the total salary offered; he wants to make a long-term deal that will cover the prime years of his career, but with a team that has the bling and a shot at the ring. Fielder can get the bling from Seattle, but does he want to be The Next Ken Griffey, Jr. with lots of money and no chance for any World Series rings.Or, would he rather spend his prime career years with a “serious contender,” a team that is likely to have a realistic shot at making it to the World Series. With the Angels and Rangers reloading and splitting the AL West into two sub-divisions: the “Winner-Wild Card Division” and the “Race For The Bottom Division,” Fielder will eschew Seattle.https://bosoxinjection.com/2012/01/09/will-a-fielders-choice-keep-the-red-sox-out-of-the-world-series-for-ten-years/"

Fielder could become the “Prince of Doom” for the Red Sox, since, even if the Sox win the AL East, or the Wild Card, they will very likely face the Rangers in the AL playoffs.

Q: Who kept the Red Sox out of the World Series from 2012-2022?

A: A Prince, a Fielder, who was the best hitter in MLB.
