QUICK UPDATE – David Ortiz 6th – J.D. Drew 3rd! The Boston Red Sox just made it official as they just announced that Ortiz will move to the 6th spot and Drew will jump up to the 3rd spot in the Red Sox line-up. The Red Sox have hopefully silenced all the critics and the skeptics who have been calling and begging for a change over the recent days, in making this switch. Because myself personally I’m sick and tired of hearing about this from all the so called experts and fans (especially idiot New York fans) that think and believe they know it all! There’s no major move or anything that’s earth shattering in doing this, it’s allowing someone who’s been struggling to have some time to regain his swing and get back into the groove of his normal hitting ways.
I personally think it’s a great move for both sides, and one that will quickly start paying off! Since I’m going to call in RIGHT NOW and say Big Papi hits a deep one tonight vs the Minnesota Twins! When you anger a man who’s struggling you had better watch it once he awakens, for he’s truly going to want vengeance on all doubters! And I for one am not one of those doubters, I’m a believer that Ortiz will be back and very soon. THOSE OF US WHO MAKE UP RED SOX NATION STILL BELIEVE IN BIG PAPI, and STARTING TONIGHT SO SHALL YOU!
