I live in Allentown, PA and have been a Red Sox fan for as long as I can remember, which is especially curious since my Dad was a Yankees (gasp)/Reds fan growing up. Not really sure how it happened, but have been a die hard for as long as I can remember. I am a senior at Parkland High School, where I play varsity baseball and ran for the varsity cross country team. Before BSI, I wrote at my own blog, behindtheplate.weebly.com, covering everything going on in the MLB. I love statistics and will use a fair share of sabermetric lingo in my posts, so if there are any questions on WAR, BABIP, etc, I'd be more than happy to explain. Go Sox!
