Voting is underway for this year’s All-Star Game which will take place in St. Louis on July 14th. Below are the balloting totals as of Wednesday May 27th for the American League representatives. Remember you can vote up to 25 times (per e-mail address) at MLB.com through the July 2nd, 11:59 pm EST deadline.
For fans of the Boston Red Sox you’ll notice that the Sox have players leading for the moment in two categories. As Kevin Youkilis (1st Base)and Jason Bay (OF) are both currently in the lead for their respective positions. With plenty of time left in the voting there’s still time for Red Sox Nation to cast their votes and help push Dustin Pedroia (2nd Base) Mike Lowell (3rd Base)and Jason Varitek (C) as well as Jacoby Ellsbury (OF) up the voting ladder and into the starting line-up!
