The Captain Turns 37 Today!

Do you know which member of the Boston Red Sox has a birthday today?  Here’s a hint, he’s one of the their leaders on and off the field and one of the longest tenured players with the team.  Come on take a guess, any guess, make it a wild guess if you dare.  Times up so if you guessed Jason Varitek, than give yourself a nice round of applause plus a well deserved pat on the back. 

That’s right the captain turns 37 today and once again he’s in his normal spot, behind the plate calling another masterpiece for the Sox and their pitching staff.  So from myself and the rest of the staff (hey, wait a second there’s no other staff, it’s just me, myself and I) at BoSoxInjection we’d like to say “Happy Birthday” to Jason.  Hey, I wonder if Varitek’s birthday wish is for the Sox to end their current three game skid, by beating the Angels this afternoon?
